UCSF: 85% receiving aid; 138k avg indebtedness
UCSD: 83% receiving aid; 110.6k avg indebtedness
UCLA: 91% receiving aid; 161k avg indebtedness
 
You'd have to find someone who got into all 3 to hear a comparison. If I had to guess I would say that UCLA and UCSF probably have more money for aid, but they also are in the most expensive cities, which leads to higher costs of living. If you are from California then you should apply to them all. If you already applied and got into them all then you'll have to wait until you hear back - everyone will view your specific situation slightly differently most likely
