So I'm a non-traditional applicant for the 2015 cycle. Graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012 with a degree in Japanese Studies and then did all of my prerequisites as a post-bacc at UM from winter 2013 to summer 2014 by taking classes continuously. Needless to say I finished, but it sucked and my science GPA is borderline at best. I've moved to California (family out here) and have status as a non-degree graduate student at UCSD for a year in the event that I find myself a reapplicant for next cycle. Starting classes in October.
I need to take stats and calc (never did them as an undergrad) and so I'm thinking about MATH10 and PSYC60, but I'm also looking for a few more BCPM classes that will help in the science GPA department. I'm well aware that UCSD is a competitive school and no science class is likely to be a cakewalk, but I'm an experienced student and know what I need to do to succeed. Just looking for something that will be interesting and yet not have my bum handed to me (sadly I've had enough of that).
Any suggestions?
