UCSD or BCM

Hi,
Three questions:
1)As an IMG, do I have any chance in matching in IM program in UCSD or Baylor college of medicine? I have very good scores in step 1 & 2; MPH, research experience and some publications, good LORs.
2) Do I have to ask PD whether they gonna rank me high or not?
3)Anybody with interview experience in these programs?

What is your area of interest? I know baylor has IMGs but what department?

I would think so. But I don't know much about their internal medicine dept. I do know some stuff about other dept. I do know that their infectious disease guy moved to UTMB. Have you tried the internal med. forum? I'm sure you'll find someone there that can help.
