We will have 2 rooms available in our 3 bedroom condo in San Diego. The condo is spacious and amenities includes high speed cable internet and wireless, full kitchen, living room with 65 HDTV, 2 garage parking spots + ample street parking, washer/dryer, and bbq.
The rooms are fully furnished (queen sized beds, desk, chair, bookcases) and the house will be professionally cleaned prior to subletting.
Our place is located at 4260 Porte de Palmas, San Diego, CA 92122. Our place is less than 5 minutes from Thornton and VA hospitals. 15‐20 minutes from Hillcrest Hospital.
Room 1 will be available from 8/24 through 11/02. Price $750/month, includes utilities.
Room 2 will be available from 8/24 through 10/25. Price $700/month, includes utilities.
Move in dates flexible. Rooms available for just one month if desired.
