UCSF alternate list

Hey friends,
What are the chances of getting in from the alternate list at UCSF. Around how many people are kept on waitlist every year ? I will really appreciate if someone can share some info from the previous experiences.

Hi.. Not to demotivate you or anything.. I am on alternate list as well and I have no hope..
