Does anyone know when UCSF will be announcing admissions decisions? I think I recall a Dec. 15th date, but I'm not sure... is that the date they start mailing letters out? That is also my bday, so hopefully I won't get any crushing news haha

Happy Almost-Birthday!

From my understanding, Dec 15th is the target, and so (from old posts) it seems that they usually show up in the week following Dec 15th (for us, that's next week). Both interviewers need to be present at the meeting to make a decision on the file - so if one can't be there, we're in the pile for the next meeting.

It seems like for the past few years, the ~Dec 15th date has been accurate....

UCSF has a rolling admissions policy so you should be notified of an acceptance sometime between dec 15 and april 15. Their site says that those put on a wait list will be notified of wait list status by may 15 and will be notified of acceptance (as withdrawls occur) between may 15 and aug 1...

that's coming straight from their site 🙂
