Do anyone know if UCSF would send out an email to verify your application is complete upon receiving your payment and secondary apps? I am getting paranoid since I cannot track the mailing status from USPS. Thanks

If you sent your check at the same time, then you'll know they received your app when they cash the check.



Edit: OH, and yes they also will send a confirmation email; forgot to answer your actual question 🙂

when did you hear from ucsf after your app had mailed out?

mine was 7/17 but i havent heard anything from ucsf and kind of worried.

I was lucky because mine was mailed out electronically on 6/29 and 7/2 as paper. I received an email from the admission on 7/9 to complete a secondary app and pay fees in 21 days. I also realized that they would send an email confirming that they received your secondary and fees.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I has only been a week. Why don't call AADSAS to find out if your paper version has been sent out.

ucsf is very good with answering phone calls and helping with Qs. call them whenever you have a question

I was wondering how long it usually takes from them sending you a status of "completed application" to hearing from them about interview/rejection?

Secondary : mid of Aug.
Invitation e-mail on mid of Sep.
Interview:10/19

I recently checked my AADSAS status, and it went from completed to under review again.
Does it mean that they are actually reviewing it to decide whether to interview me or not? Or does it mean that my application is again missing something. I guess I will contact them to make sure.
Has anyone noticed that in their UCSF status?
