UCSF Diversity Question

I am currently applying to the UCSF/SFSU program and I was wondering what would be a good word count for the diversity question? I feel like I could write a lot but I don't want to overdo it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance people!

A lot of supplemental questions that I have encountered say "in 500 words or less" idk, just an observation...
