I don't know their email, but I actually went down there to kind of show my face to admissions and tour the school. My friend who is a 3rd year there showed me around, but when I went to the admissions office and asked for the admissions people that the assistant dean had recommended I talk to. (I shadow him on Saturdays) The admissions office was super unfriendly. They basically told me to get lost and any questions I had would be answered on the website as they don't have the budget for a large advising staff anymore. Try giving them a call (415) 476-2737, hopefully you'll get someone nicer to talk to.
UCSF does not set aside a large budget for admissions counseling/advising. Call the number above. It's a hassle, you'll have to go through the phone tree options, and a lot of the time, you just get a voicemail. Do leave a message, but most of the time, you'll have to call back and get a real person in order to get an answer.
