UCSF-How to accept the offer?

For those who have accpeted by UCSF, does any one know how to accept the offer. I only got the letter from the Dean saying I am accepted, but I didn't get any other form that I can fill out to accept the offer...When is the deadline to accept the offer and what about the deposit? Thanks..

I am not from California, so I got my letter in the mail yesterday.. I did have that "offer made" status on aadsas on Dec 1st.. Good Luck!!

When I was accepted, Dr. Alexander called me to let me know but then they sent a packet about a week later with more info including forms for acceptance. That was 2 years ago though, so I'm not sure if they still do it that way.
