I got informed that my transcript was not sent them on Sep 9 and sent mine on Sep 10 from NY. I also sent two e-mails to confirm that they had it, but nobody answered to my email.
Do I need to call them? I actually called them, but nobody answered, either.

It might speed up the process if you call. Like, someone might grab it and put it a folder so it becomes "complete."
It won't hurt to call.
