UCSF Supplemental

So I received UCSF supplemental, and I'm filling out the course prereqs, and the app said to included the courses that fulfill the requirements.

I understand that there are sections like English, General Biology, General Chem.. to input those courses, but what about the courses that I took to fulfill the requirement of 139 credits. Where do I put those? I'm a little confused on this. Can you guys help me.
