Hope I don't start a flame war... but any thoughts? I'm hoping to get an outside perspective.
I loved BIDMC, but Boston is not ideal.
I didn't love the UCSF program, but didn't hate it either. Being in California would be great, but I also didn't love San Francisco. (I know, blasphemous.)
I have spent a few days in both cities over the past few years visiting people so I have a vague sense of what they are like. The two are basically a toss up for me right now because of this, so any tidbits about the programs that might throw it in one direction or the other?
