School 1 : UCSF
Pros :

• True P/F system
• No summer classes - leading to extracurricular activities
• Less stressful(?)

School 2 : UCLA
Pros :

• Also H/P/F system
• Many students aim for specialty

Questions :

• UCLA has classes on every summer except pre-D1 summer. Would that be disadvantageous in terms of doing extracurricular activities? (including research)
• Do both UCSF and UCLA have internal ranking system for students?

d1 at ucsf. We will be having summer classes our first year now. We do have honors. We are super stress free not going to lie. Lots of free time.
