Does anyone know about "writing sample" at the UCSF SD's interview?
My interview is scheduled on Dec.1 and the letter from UCSF says there is "writing sample" during the interview date, but no explanation about it. Please let me know if you have been to UCSF's interview.

Not sure about this year, but last year's writing sample was no big deal. You get 15 min or so to write a couple pararaphs on a pretty open ended topic like "How do you feel about multiple choice tests?". There's no right or wrong answer, they just want to make sure you can formulate and opinion and express yourself intelligently/logically. Good luck!
