I am wondering if there are any UCSF residents who will read this. I am considering doing a critical care fellowship, and San Fran would be my top choice as far as locations are concerned. I am wondering what the fellowship is like. Do they take in-house calls? How many weekends per month do they cover the ICU? Stuff like that.
