If you are not accepted or rejected, what are chances of getting into UCSF? I really want to go UCSF but I just recieved an email from the director of admissions that I am still under review. I do not know if it means if I am on the waitlist or what? I greatly appreciate any input in advance.

But during the interview, we were told that they tell us where we are on the waitlist but the e-mail does not say anything about our ranking. Why?

You guys should just call the school and ask what this means. I didn't get in until Feb (interviewed Dec 1 - worst day for interview ever).
