Hey guys!

I was just wondering how the Calgary interviews went for those who had them! I'm applying next year but it would be great to get somewhat of an idea for how to prepare for them. I think you had to sign a confidentiality agreement so I completely understand that you can't give too many details, but it seems like a super scary process and one that I'm not really looking forward to, even though it's a year away (if I even get one).

But anyways I hope they went well for everyone! And good luck on your WCVM interviews as well if you were fortunate enough to get one there too 🙂

I would do a search and read past UCVM/WCVM threads -- there's a lot of helpful advice!

I did MMI for VMRCVM last month....due to the confidentiality agreement, no one can tell you specifics (or rather...they shouldn't, haha), but honestly...there is no real way to prepare for it, IMO. I guess you could get someone to come up with lots of scenarios for you to practice thinking on your feet...but that would probably psyche you out more than anything. The rooms at VMRCVM were all so different, I decided afterward that I was much better off going in not knowing what to expect and being thrown into it cold. I didn't think about it, did it, and enjoyed it.
