Another thing along the same lines, if I were to input a full-year course, I shouldn't enter it in the interim semester right?
Like, one of my psych courses spans both Winter and Spring, so I should just enter it into the Spring term without mentioning it in the Winter term, correct?

Is there an alpha grade key on your transcript?
It seems like that is the formula if there is no alpha grade key. So if all your grades are #'s this is what they will use. At least that's what it says on the cached version of the 2013 PDF I looked at.
This is what it says:
"Some college transcripts report numeric grades rather than alpha (letter) grades. Registrars oftenprovide a transcript key to indicate the letter value for each numeric grade. The letter valuevaries by college and university. For example, a "92" may be equal to an "A" at one institutionand "B" at another institution. ADEA AADSAS verifies that the applicant selected the correctletter "ADEA AADSAS Grade" based on the transcript key. If the transcript does not indicate acorresponding letter grade, ADEA AADSAS will default to the standardized grade scale below. Withdraw/Fail grades ARE included in the overall GPA calculation."
What do you mean by alpha grade key? U of T uses both letter grade and %. So I'm guessing, if this is the case then AADSAS will just use the U of T reported letter grade?
Like for example, if someone got an 85 in xx course, then the transcript will show
COURSExx // 85 // A-
Alpha grade key = letter grades
If they report both, then it seems like AADSAS will just use the reported letter grade, per what is stated on the PDF.
