For those who had an interview at UF...Can you please provide me with a name of Hotel or something next to the school....I really need to know because my interview is next week and i couldnt find any place online......

Thankssssssssssssss

i stayed at the hampton inn off I-75 and archer. on the same road as the school about 2-3 miles away. Just over $100/night + good breakfast.

check hotels.com for other options.

jb!

Thank you!! Just found it........BTW how was your interview...PM me...thanks 🙂

Just a word of advice, if you're staying west of the school (near 75) leave yourself PLENTY of time to get there in the morning. Archer road can be a parking lot...

Thanks Mackchops...ya I hate traffic.......

i stayed at a comfort inn somewhere near the school. the tour of the school was nice and the 3 cheese quiche was pretty good for lunch. UF looks like it's going in the right direction with their curriculum and board scores, etc. the interview itself isn't horrible, but i think they try and make it balanced between a pleasant conversation and a test to see if you really are the person you portray yourself to be on your application. when i interviewed they would ask a question, i would answer, and then they would follow up with another question asking me for more details about my previous answer. it makes it a little more stressful than other interviews i've been to, but i think they do that to almost everyone.

Did you have ur Nova interview? How was that one...I have it in two weeks..

yeah, i had my nova interview before i went to UF. it's a really nice area and they school looks really nice as well. it costs a lot of money to attend and live there, but the faculty is laid back and nice.

Oh thanks for the info. I do like the schools in FL but i guess I would not go to FL beacuse of many reasons that have nothing to do with the schools.

Good luck on your interviews!
