Does anyone know if U of Florida screens, and if it does, what's the cutoff? I haven't heard anything from them yet, and it's making me wonder if I didn't pass the initial screen. hmmmm....

Yes they do every school in Florida screens out of state students at least. I don't know about in state. I think the gpa cutoff is 3.6. not sure about MCAT. Bet thing to do is go to the site and look under frequently asked questions. I think the cutoff is state mandated but I'm not sure

I think the cut off for in state at USF is 3.0 is the minimum required and 24 with no less than a 7 in a given section is the minimum required to get into the school.

However, the average at USF is 3.7 and 30 MCAT.

Don't know about UF though.

I can open it, and those numbers must be VERY old.

I finally was able to open it, and the numbers are 3 years old, to be exact, the site was last updated in 2001. So I guess they're not all that accurate.....
