Florida vs. Auburn vs. Arizona....I know all over the map! I have a high GPA (3.8) but have yet to take the PCAT which all require...I would like to hear from some of the people who have been accepted or just those in the know... what does it take to get in?? (including extracurriculars, pharm experience, importance of interview ect.)

Im new and I appreciate the help!!

lol what made you all the sudden shift to UA? UGA is a good school also and its south east as well.

UF is a competitive school to get into, mainly because it's a state school so it's dirt cheap. I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere on their website that if you are form out of state that you will definitely need a PCAT in the 90's.

Most of the instate people have super high stats as well, but as they say not everyone that gets in is perfect or close to it. I am shooting for about half private schools also. Good luck.

I'm attending UA now! It's really hard to say what each school is looking for in a candidate. I do know that UA requires at least 4 months of pharm experience.

well i would have instate in alabama...would that raise my chances at Auburn significantly? i didnt realize instate or out meant anything when it came to prof. school.

If you go to UF you can say that you attend the same school as Tim Tebow, which alone is worth it.

Go Gators!
