Uh oh...so for one of my professors, I accidentally wrote Mr. instead of Dr. for his title. Can I call AADSAS to change that? I'm so nervous that this is gonna be a big mistake on my part.

I spelled my Professor's name wrong. 😡
Made the last name plural... (added an extra "s")

It's in my committee letter, so I can't do anything about it.
As for yours, I don't think it would matter at all.
Not all "professors are "Dr.", anyway.

Problem is that my prof IS a Dr.

Has anyone had this happen before? Can AADSAS fix it?

If your Professor is a Dr. chances are he signed his letter with "Dr. InsertNameHere". I wouldn't worry at all about putting "Mr." on AADSAS. I wouldn't consider that a big mistake at all. I doubt anyone looking at your application would really notice...
