So u can do c3, c4, c5 or c6 medial branch blocks but not C2??

Been that way for a while AFAIK.
I do a lot of C3-C5, or C3-C6 RFA on UHC patients with “a thorough C3 lesion”

Maybe it was policy before but they were covering C2-3/TON until November 1. UHC makes arbitrary policy changes at random times.
