UHCO problems

I was wondering if anyone else has been having problems with the UHCO application process. I sent in my materials over a month ago and they still haven't recieved all of my stuff...or at least I have gotten letters saying that my application is still "incomplete" I know that they do not review applications until they recieve all materials...so I am just concerned that applicants are getting interviews and acceptances, while my transcript (the last piece of my app that hasn't been recieved) seems to be lost in the mail?? It's also very difficult to get ahold of anyone to speak to at UHCO, I've called a few times and left messages. Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems? What do you recommend I do?

I haven't had a problem with them not receiving anything they should have. If your transcript is the only thing left, I'd just go ahead and resend it so you can get your interview ASAP!

I had problems with UHCO not receiving my OAT scores. It was a big hassle to finally speak to anyone, but I would advise choosing different menu options when you call until you speak to someone directly instead of leaving a message. This was the only way I finally got my issue resolved. Once I spoke to someone in Admissions, they were very polite and willing to help. Not sure if voicemail doesn't work or if people were on vacations but my messages got me nowhere.
