Interview calls anyone??? Just curious ????
 
When? And what's your stats? Would you mind sharing please?
 
i didnt get one but someone on facebook said that she got an iv and i dont know her status sorry

I got an invitation for the interview in an email.....does anyone know what kind of questions do they ask. I have a general idea as I met the IDP students when I went to open house but if someone has any idea please share with me.
 
NBDE part 1 and 2 pass, I have a score in part 1 but now it dosent matter, TOEFL 111, GPA 3.47, 1 1/2 years paid job, 1 3/4 year volunteering at community center, 3 to 4 dental camps in the last year.

I got the email today evening for interview, I applied through CAAPID on May 28th and then I sent the supplemental application for which I got a completion email on June 5th. Anyone who knows what they ask in the interview please let me know.

After how many days do you get to hear after they change your status from incomplete outstanding to complete and ready for review? Anyone ??

please i have a question for you . i received an email from UIC saying that my application is complete now . The College has received all your application materials and your IDDP application is now COMPLETE. Please note, that application materials will only be tracked via the CAAPID database and not the UIC online website. but on their web still say that the status of application is incomplete . is that the same with you.

hard working did you find out about the interview process . if you know anything please let me know.do they ask subject related questions like instrument identification?

i received mine today around 11 o clock. My stats are both part1 and 2, toefl above 100, 3 yers of us work experience.
 
My interview is next week, yes I came to know that they would ask abt instrument identification but i am not very sure whom to ask, last to last year they used to give a paragraph to read from studvent and then make the student explain what was written in that but they stopped this last year after the committee changed. I am trying to find out what should I prepare if anyone comes to know please let me know.

just submit your toefl score like the way u do for other school from ets website, they have a contract with some schools to send the scores electronically.

I completed the online application and then the caapid and supplementary application, I got a application complete email, I didnt check the online application status, so if you got a completion email then you should be fine. If you have doubts just email Braulia she would be able to answer your queries.
 
Regarding the interview, as someone mentioned last year they changed the format. Last year each student was interviewed by 2 interviewers. The interviewers were the members of admission committee as well as faculty members. They asked only general questions like why this school, why Chicago etc.. About you like hobbies, some questions from your application/cv regarding your work experience etc.. Be Relaxed and be yourself...They are very nice ..Best Wishes for those you got the interview as well as for those who are waiting.

i have never been to an interview before. this is my first time too. i am also very tensed
 
I got today in the afternoon, I have NBDE part I and II, TOEFL 106, 2 years working as dental assistant in the US, Dental Volunteer and CE courses. I hope that helps!
