Anyone know if UIC will let out of state students establish residency after the first year or do you have to pay out of state tuition all four years?
Some schools only make you pay that for the first year, I couldn't find any info on UIC's policy on this.

it can be done. ive heard of people doing this. out of state tution here is insane, like 50K or something ridiculous like that. i remember them telling us that this is possible during orientation.
