I was wondering if anyone knew whether it was ok to turn in the supplemental application in handwritten form or if it has to be typed? When I tried typing in adobe acrobat, it wouldn't let me so I am assuming that the form must be filled out by hand.

I could have sworn they use to do it in both Word and pdf format. Oh, well.

will you be able to fit everything you want to write in that space provided on the form??? I guess not, so what I did was to type it in a separate sheet of paper and attach it with the supplemental form.

I have tried this way, type in Microsoft Word, copy and paste in adobe acrobat. It should work, if not then you should download new version of adobe acrobat, the new version one allows you to type in.

Hi - I'm working on my UIC supplemental application now, and I'm wondering how you ended up filling it out. I downloaded the free trial of adobe professional so I could type on the form (for the coursework section) and I'm having a hard time getting that table filled out.

How have other people handled this? I'm thinking of just writing in the coursework by hand and then typing answers to the questions and attaching.

That's exactly what I did...typed out the answers for the personal data sheet and filled out the preq chart by hand. Since I turned in my supplemental in person, I just asked the person I turned it into, if the chart was okay and if it was legible to her. She was fine with it and on my pharmcas it saids I turned everything in.
