anyone recently get an invite from UIC? Haven't heard anything from them in over a month and it's my state school, starting to get worried 😕

I just checjed ny status page the 5th and had an invite. last year I was complete slightly later (septish) and didn't get an invite till March... clearly it didn't work out so here's to another try. also it is my state school too

I also havent heard anything and Ive been complete for nearly two months. I spoke to someone in the office who advised me to be patient. Im instate and was hoping to get an interview. Guess ill keep waiting.

I've also been complete for about two months, and finally called today to see what I could see. Apparently, they are not interested in interviewing me as of now...but if I just keep checking back with the status page they might be interested later in the season. Argh, that checking is brutal!!! I wish they emailed you like other places do 🙁

Everyone- is your status "applicant in progress" or "application in progress?"

mine is applicant, and i was told i was still under review

I was pretty sure that UIC's adcom meets the third thursday of each month, which would be yesterday. however, my status didn't change at all yet. it still says "applicant in progress" which from what i understand means under review. Maybe they haven't uploaded the names for interviews yet. that's what i'm going to go with. that makes me feel better. 🙂
