UIW has received candidate status!

We received an email from our dean infoming us that we had received Candidate status. This did not come as a surprise since every facet of our SOP is done in an excellent way. It is an exciting time at the Feik SOP. I got to tour our brand new building two weeks ago and in one word its awesome! The faculty will be moving in at the end of the month.

I am on vacation this week and I am typing on my Palm Treo 680( which I love. I read on another thread people were bashing the treo, I love it) so please forgive any typos or if I don't respond right away to somones question. Peace!

Congrats guys!! Very very proud of any new school getting this far.

This is interesting. A school with a Catholic mission will have a Pharmacy school where in the 2 years of prepharmacy program, one of the required courses will be religion.

Well, considering Loma Linda has required masses and religion classes during their 4 yr professional program, this doesn't sound too out there.
