Putting up daily 4 and 5% gains recently in real estate and major indices--thoughts? More drops to come in the market?

if you think the market will keep dropping, this seems to be the best way to capitalize on that (besides put options). but this definitely isn't something you buy and hold, so you've got to be pretty good at timing the drops. and frankly, not that many people are.
