go to ultrasoundpodcast.com. on line book part 1-2 (this maybe all you need)
there's tons of on line resources that's updated with daily videos/information, quizzes....it's ultrasound, it's technology. you may not even need that paper/text anymore. i stopped looking at mine
 
download inkling onto your phone or tablet, download introduction to bedside ultrasound volumes 1 and 2 which are currently free, written/edited by matthew dawson and mike mallin of the ultrasound podcast. Everything u need right there, on your phone, with pithy videos to click too.

I can only get the first chapter to work.
 
Would you still recommend getting this ultrasound book? I just want something to refer for a little while until I can get the hang of the ultrasound. I know they aren't too tough to use, i just would like to be able to fix any problems or errors that may happen when I am using it with the patient.
