Literally what?Unique Medications Actually Dispensed By Rph, ORLY?
So let's see them. The weirdest, craziest or downright scariest scripts you actually filled. Refused to fill / did not fill doesn't count!
fentanyl 100mcg patches: Apply #20 topically q48hrs
I've seen oxycontin 80mg tid + percocet 10/325, so that's pretty close to yours.Ive seen oxy 30 mg #240 plus an additional oxy 10 #120 dispensed for the same person
Not my initials on it though

Have a patient who uses Qvar nasally for some reason. Allergist insists on using it with some kind of adapter, rather than the myriad commercially available nasal steroids.
I've seen the paroxetine or similar SSRIs one a few times, used to prevent premature ejaculation (i.e., used to encourage the sexual dysfunction side effects).Lunesta 3 MG, 3 tabs at bedtime. Pt paid cash. Regular pt.
Norco 10/oxycodone 30 #720 for 3 months, not filling it... Family doctor and obgyn prescribed this.
Dexmethylphenidate 10 MG #360/month
Paroxetine 20 MG 1hr before sexual intercouse. Using it for the side effects? Priapism? Dunno...
One day at work I went to fill a standard norco 10 script and noticed my stock was surprisingly low. Check my scripts and saw the floater the previous day had filled #500 1-2 q 4-6 prn from an MD about 6 hours away. Was pretty ecstatic about that.
I had a psych MD erx me a script with 7-8 controls on it at max dose, including 3 different benzos. I don't pretend to be an expert in psych disorders, but yeaaaa.
Reason #197 not to be the PIC. You are responsible for every stupid prescription filled by the part time per diem floater who gives zero f's about your store or license.

Hydromorphone 68mg q4hprn
Almost? Long term hospice patient (maybe that's cheating in this thread). They ended up passing a week or two later, but had been on that/similar doses for a while.PRN euthanasia?

Had a pt that got over 1400 a monthProbably the most ridiculous script I ever filled was for Methadone #1020. I don't recall the exact directions but it was a 30 day supply. I was floating, the patient was a regular, the PIC has a file on the guy that included a letter from the MD concerning the high dose. I can't recall anything else that crazy that I personally filled.
