hey, this is a non degree night classes at UMD to persue for a post bacc and as well as pre-health advisors for help in the application process

this is pretty much all i know about this program,

has anyone ever gone through with it or know anyone? Has this program been beneficial for anyone you know?

Any comments or info will help

Thanks

I am currently in this program, I started in January. And it is pretty much a DIY post bacc program. You can take whatever classes you need as pre-requisites for dental school.

The classes are at night, and IMO, they are a lot better than taking them during the day because they are much smaller, and also you are dealing with people in your similar situation. Most of us all have full time jobs, and the professors realize this, so they are a little bit more leient with things such as getting to class on time, because they realize people are coming straight from work and there might be traffic.

The pre-health advisors are extremely helpful, and as long as you take 16 credits at UMD in this program, they will assist you in putting together an application packet for dental school. I've talked to the advisiors for advice on which classes to take and when and what dentists to shadow, they are all very helpful, and get back to you quickly.

Let me know if you would like to know anything else! Hope this helped.
