I responded to the email on Friday and haven't received a reply from them. Has anyone gotten a reply??? I just want to make sure they received my response.

dam..now u have me second guessing my email too.. i sent out the email december 1st but haven't received anything in terms of acknowledging receipt of my email.
Is it a good idea to call them?
I called them today and they said that they are mailing out the hard copies of the forms today, they also told me that they will not be sending out confirmations, so if you already sent an email to them then you should not worry about it.
