I feel there is so much confusion around the boards regarding DAT scores. Does anyone know if UMDNJ needs DAT scores sent? In the confirmation email is says to send DAT and $85. Check is in the mail, but can any one confirm?

There is a thread on here (who knows how reliable it is) that lists schools that do not require a separate DAT score. I saw on there that UMDNJ does not require one, that the "unofficial" scores listed through the AADSAS are good enough, but it wouldn't hurt to call the school.

I called the admissions office this morning, but got a recording, not a person... was anyone able to get an answer about this?

I called a few days ago. The person who answered said AADSAS is fine. At the end of the call she took my name and number for her "call log". The conversations was short and she seemed very pleasant. I don't know what the log is for.

Sorry, I know that has nothing to do with your question, but has anyone else had that experience?

I think some schools make note of which prospective students call and when the call, maybe to see which students seem most proactive or interested in the school... What time of day did you call the office?

It was in the afternoon. I think it was around 2:00 or 3:00pm.
