unability to be well organized

i'm in the weakest mood nowadays... i cannot control my thoughts. i wanna do more than one thing without well organized..so all the things what i wanna do fail. after a few experience i'm like clumpsy..every day i'm preparing a shedule and evening comes without finishing anything. i don't know how to solve this problem even i went to psychiyatrist. does anyone has an idea??

it could possibly be your stress level...depending on where you are in the process. my advice is to try and put things in perspective and take every opportunity you have to relax

I think the main thing to figure out is if its a motivational issue or a lack of knowledge about organization. We can offer you all the time management advice out there but if its a motivational issue it won't help one bit. If its a motivational issue you are the only one that can really figure out the root of the problem. You need to either get in touch with whatever spurred you onto this course or perhaps figure out why that isn't enough any more.
 
Stop wasting so much time planning your time management. Start doing the stuff that needs to get done.

I'll give you a short quiz to find out if you are wasting time

1. Do you spend more than 5 minutes a week planning out how you will get things done?

2. Do you spend more than 5 minutes a day doing something other than a task that you need to accomplish?

If you answer yes to either of those questions means you are wasting time.

Do get stuff done you just need to do them.
