So my MCAT was a 511, and my breakdown was C/P: 125, CARS: 127, B/B: 128, P/S: 131. Does that C/P score royally screw up my chances at MD schools? I know that most don't seem to like accepting below a 126 for that section, and a 126 is around 10th percentile for the schools I am looking at. I also have a 4.0, if that affects anything.

Would a retake be a good idea? That would be my third retake. All of my other sections went up since my first take, except for C/P, which only went up by 1 point. If I did retake it, I'm considering getting a tutor specifically for the C/P section. I've always struggled heavily with physics. When I took physics class it was in the summer, and I spent 8 hour days studying for it +pity+

What was your first score? (Total and breakdown)

506 C/P: 124, CARS: 127 (this one actually didn't go up, misspoke), B/B 125, P/S: 130
I don't think you should retake. I think your second MCAT showed some improvement and retaking again has too much risk of you shooting yourself in the foot with your score going down. I would apply very broadly to MD schools with lower MCAT score averages and even consider applying to some DO schools. (This is of course assuming that the rest of your application is in order).

Thanks, I appreciate the advice 🙂
