I got an interview too! My instate app was mailed out 7/30 and my supp application was mailed out 8/6

I've been away for a week, but I was invited for an interview last week as well for Sept 15! I'm out of state and have never been to NC, and I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice for hotel accomodations etc. Thanks and g/l to everyone!!

If you can swing it financially, stay at the Carolina Inn. It's three blocks from the dental school, and overall a great hotel.

PM me questions about Chapel Hill cause Ive lived there for 5 years now and go to school in Durham.

I am in for Sept. 15th too! I got the call on Aug. 20th, and I'm out of state. How do you get to Chapel Hill from Raleigh/Durham? Is there a shuttle, D-school van, or would you take a taxi? Any other places to stay besides the Carolina Inn?

Carolina Inn is really expensive... I would take a taxi from RDU, its about a 20 min ride. I am sure it wouldnt be a problem to get a taxi from any hotel in chapel hill to the dental school. We could even coordinate a ride to the interview since Ill be driving, PM me.
