good to know!! They might notify sometimes after the Feb 15 deadline for fafsa, just guessing!!!
We probably will be classmate next year 🙂

Not trying to start any political battles but unless you are a minority your chances of getting one there are minimal.

After 4 years, a 3.9+ gpa and a decent amount of activity within the school, I have yet to see a dime. I'm also a white male. Big surprise. I guess it also doesn't help that I don't kiss arse all day either.

I am going to disagree on this somewhat. I definitely think being a minority helps, but it seems to me that a fair amount of scholarships from the foundation went to people in my class that know a fair amount of people within the school and foundation. I say this as a person looking from the outside in who will also likely never see a dime. I definitely think that there is some politics involved. But then again, there are those scholarships set aside for individuals from certain counties, and Orange county ain't one of them. So bottom line, politics may play a factor.
