UNC Supplemental Question

I am trying to fill out the supplemental for UNC and am confused as to what "Please List- Your Strong Points:" and "Please List- Areas Upon Which You Wish to Improve:" means. I've asked the google and haven't found anything. Does it want "Ambitious, determined...etc" or does it want "Research, shadowing...etc"? And yes I'm well aware that I'm probably too late and it doesn't matter anyways.
