under eye cicrles dark.. help on how to fix thsi

i have deep dark cicrles under my eyes. i have always had them. i personally thing its because there isnt enough fat in the area. its mostly skin and the bone directly under it. i assume it bruises easy when i rub my eyes. i saw this cream or something called hylexar. i know thats not how you spell it. i googled it and came up with nothing. can any of you help? the right spelling/use of hylexar?
