Regionally vs Nationally :caution:

I have a question about regionally and nationally accredited universities?

Even though they are both recognized by the Department of Education, do all Osteopathic schools require undergrad degrees or credits come from a regionally accredited institution?

I noticed on certain D.O school websites that some mention "Regionally Accredited”, but does anyone know which D.O schools accept both?

Thanks!

I dont know exactly the policies for every school。。
but from my experiences from applying to grad school。。 most of them ONLY accept regionally accredited institute’s credit。。。 the reason being that most schools ARE regionally accredited therefore, they can reciprecate other regionally accredited institute’s creit。
if I were in your shoes, i would call up the schools that u r interested and ask them directly regarding your situation。。 adcoms are ususally pretty nice and will help you out。。 just my 2 cents。。 good luck!
