I'm currently a high school senior in Tx, but I'm a canadian citizen. I am considering doing my undergrad studies in Canada. I was wondering, do dental schools look at canadian universities differently?

Also, I also have about 40 credit hours so far. I would have applied to university as a freshman with transferable credits... will credits transfer in Canada? Say... in University of Toronto.

I'm planning to major in biology.

yes I know for sure that dental schools in the US look at Canadian GPA differently because of how they convert your percentage grades into letter grades. I think it's' more in favour of Canadians. I'm not sure what you mean by transferable credits. Did you take AP? or IB? Some university don't accept it some do. You will have to find that out yourself by calling them.
Also, there is also a Canadian DAT that is used ONLY to apply to Canadian Dental schools while some schools in the US accept the Canadian DAT not all do.

Thanks for the reply.

Also, would you happen to know the names of schools with good bio programs?
