Hey guys- I was looking at admissions info on many of the school sites and the undergraduate class requirements. I noticed the typical stuff on all the sites... 8 sem. hrs of O Chem, Gen Chem, Bio, etc. and 6 hrs of english. At the end of the summer, I will have 5 (one 3 sem. hr class and one 2 sem. hr class) semester hours of english- meaning I will need to take another class (I guess).

Will I need to take another class to get my credit hours above 6? And can I take it my senior year, after I already have applied for med school? (Basically, if I haven't taken a class that is required for med school prior to the application process, will they not accept my app or can I take it later?)

Sorry if that is confusing- it is hard to explain. I appreciate the help!

You can take it after you apply and get accepted. As long as it is complete by the time you matriculate, you will be in good shape.
