How would American dental schools calculate (convert) my undergrad GPA from Canada. From what I understand, it is much harder to "get straight A's" in Canada than the USA. I may be mistaken on that fact, but regardless I would like to know of any advantage or disadvantage I would have when applying.

I've also heard it's much harder to get A's at Harvard than at x University. All AADSAS cares about when computing your grades is if the college is accredited or not. Once that's been verified everyone's GPA is computed on the same scale. There are no plus or minus in AADSAS GPA calculations. So your B will be a B and everything will translate into the same letter grade without the +/-

Perfect. So if they university consider an A as a 4.0 and I have an A on my transcript then I get a 4.0 according to them?

99% sure! That's what was my cousin's case. If anything and you want to be like 110% sure, just call AADSAS as well! Good luck!
