I was wondering if med schools take into account the relative difficulty of u-grad majors. For instance, at my school (and probably most others) engineering (aka pre-business) is much tougher than the classic premed majors (bio, psych, chem, etc.), resulting in lower GPAs for engineers. Do adcoms consider this at all?

Most likely, a lot of you are science majors, so try not to be too biased. Just wondering what you guys think. And if you disagree that engineering is harder, let me know.
