Undergraduate transcript ADEA PASS

Hi all, for those applying to OMFS via PASS. Can I get feedback on how to submit undergraduate transcript? Do we request the undergrad institution to send it directly to PASS or can we upload and unofficial/official copy on our own?

I think there is an area to upload unofficial undergraduate transcripts in the attachments area. I also have a question-should we include schools in the education section for which we won't be attaching a transcript? i.e. other graduate schools before dental school
