Does it matter where you do your undergraduate study? Because it seems like alot of people that get accepted only go to the top notch universities and I'm hoping I'll still have a chance.
 
I would say not really. I think it would probably only make a difference if you went to one of the few really elite schools or one of the really awful schools. I went to a small liberal arts school and got in along with several others from my school.

MCAT scores are the great equalizer to compare people from different schools. If you got a 35 you would definately come in above someone with a 30 from harvard.
