USMLE Understanding Public Health in STEP 1?

I am studying Public Health in STEP 1, in a course I am taking on it in USMLE-Rx.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding:

• Sensitivity
• Positive Predictive Value
• Negative Predictive Value

Can someone please point me in the direction of additional materials that may have help you understand these concepts?
